This policy explains the current information practices of PS5Pawn, the independent console finder at ps5pawn.com. It covers this website, not the shops or external websites linked from it.
Searches and normal website requests
We process the search text, ZIP code, distance and other filters you submit to return relevant listings. A ZIP code is optional; leaving it blank allows a nationwide search. We do not ask your browser for GPS location.
Search values appear in the page URL and requests to our server. They may remain in your browser history, bookmarks, copied links or browser synchronization. Do not put names, email addresses, passwords or other sensitive information in the search box.
The site has no visitor accounts, checkout or payment collection. Our inventory database stores shop listings, not a history of individual visitors' searches.
Delivery, security and diagnostic information
Cloudflare, our hosting infrastructure and the website edge process network information, including IP addresses and normal request details, to deliver pages, secure the service and limit overload.
Our configured structured website access logs record limited operational information, such as a generic route category, response status, time and request duration. They omit visitor IP addresses, full query strings, ZIP codes, search text, cookies and raw listing identifiers. This does not mean those details are invisible to the infrastructure processing a request or to a provider's own security systems.
Provider processing is described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and the policies of the relevant hosting and delivery providers. Security or delivery features may use cookies where required.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is off unless you choose Allow analytics. Browsing and search do not require analytics consent. When enabled, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser/device information, and may use analytics identifiers and cookies.
Our page-view configuration uses a fixed site URL and title rather than the actual search or listing URL. It omits ZIP codes, search text, filters, listing identifiers and URL fragments, and reduces a referrer to its website origin. Measurement is loaded in a fixed first-party document. These measures reduce disclosure; they do not make a visit anonymous or prevent all processing by a consented third party.

Browser storage and your choices
The browser stores your analytics choice in local storage under ps5pawn.analytics.v1. The choice stays on that browser until you change it or clear site storage. If allowed, analytics cookies are configured with a 90-day lifetime; browser behavior and Google's handling also apply.
Use Privacy & analytics in the footer to change your choice. Choosing Keep analytics off stops the measurement frame and attempts to remove this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not itself delete information previously received by Google. You can also clear site storage or use browser cookie controls.
Our optional analytics remains off when the browser reports Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track at page initialization. This setting does not stop the network processing required to deliver and protect the website.
Shop images, maps and links
Some listing photographs load directly from a shop or its image/CDN provider. That provider receives the image request, your IP address and normal browser information. Images use a no-referrer policy to avoid sending our page URL, but direct image loading is not anonymous.
Opening a shop listing or map takes you to an external service. Its own privacy policy and terms apply. We do not control those services or their collection practices.
Messages you send us
If you contact support@ps5pawn.com, we receive the sender address and the message or attachments you choose to send. Cloudflare Email Routing and our Google mailbox provider process email delivery and storage. The private forwarding address is not part of this website.
We use messages to respond to the issue raised, review listing corrections, handle privacy or content requests and maintain related correspondence. Send only the details needed for that purpose. Do not send account passwords, payment details or identity documents unless we specifically explain why narrowly limited verification is needed.
Retention and requests
Operational logs are rotated with size and count limits rather than a guaranteed fixed deletion date. Correspondence and provider-held analytics or security records have different retention controls; this policy does not promise an unverified deletion deadline. Inventory backups protect the listing database, not a record of individual visitor searches, email or analytics events.
To ask about information associated with you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, Contact PS5Pawn or email support@ps5pawn.com. Tell us the relevant context without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Some information may be held by external providers or may not be identifiable from the limited records we keep.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
